Cake Decorating Final Class

The last day of my mom and my cake decorating class was a couple Wednesdays ago. I have been fairly busy with work and haven't had a chance to update the blog on the latest happenings. I was even so busy with work that I didn't get to go to the final cake decorating class. My mom went alone and this is the cake she ended with. My mom ended up making this for her walk for Alzheimer's that she is doing with her friend Jackie. The cake turned out much better than the pictures we captured of it. I am really sad that I missed the final class because that is basically the only time my mom and I hang out and actually bond. Hope you are all having a wonderful day!
