Fish Pictures For Trivia

At trivia, there was a singing fish that you could win if you get the most likes on your picture with the fish. I was in charge of being in the picture so we had multiple takes. I thought that I would put them all on here because I thought they turned out pretty cool. Hope you all like them!

Also, yesterday I had my very first Pumpkin Spice Frappe from Starbucks of the season. It was delicious!

Pawn Stars!

Over the weekend, my mom, step- dad, and my grandma went to Las Vegas while I stayed at home with the dogs. I am safe to say that being in the house without them there is incredibly weird. Not something I enjoy doing but it was nice having Wyatt there.
When my parents go on trips and I stay home, most likely they bring me something back. One of my favorite shows is Pawn Stars. As some of you may know, Pawn Stars takes place in a real pawn shop in Las Vegas. I remembered that from a few episodes ago, the shop bought a lot of silver off of a man and then Rick, the owner, melted the bar down into a lot of .999 troy ounce coins with the Old Man's face on them. My mom asked what I wanted, and that was my answer. She told Wyatt that they didn't have the coins but really they did and she bought one for me! I love it so much! I also love my wonderful parents that brought it back for me!

Today, I went to work and just before I was leaving, I burnt my arm really badly on the tortilla press. It hurts like hell.

Windsor Harvest Parade

On Labor Day, I walked in the Harvest Parade in Windsor for Chick- Fil- A. While waiting to endure this 3.5 mile parade, Wyatt and I saw the truck with sculptures on it from the Swetzville Zoo. The sculptures are amazing! I also managed to fall in love with little miniature ponies that were with a float near us. They are super cute! After the parade, I had some time before I had to be at my other job, so Wyatt and I decided to go to Fazoli's and then to some thrift stores. At ARC, they have the Halloween costumes out so I thought it would be funny to take silly pictures with them on. Aren't we cute?

My bachelorette, Wyatt... Isn't he adorable?

Rocky Horror Picture Show Finale

As some of you may know, or have gotten the drift of by reading my blog, you would know that I used to host Rocky Horror Picture Show at AMC Cinema Saver 6 for over two years. I spent so much time out of work thinking of ideas and buying supplies for it and it basically turned into my baby. Aaron, my old GM, agreed that we should show the show and encouraged interesting ideas to make the event more interesting. After he moved theatres, the advertising for the show went down, the attendance dwindled, and I worked even harder to get the attendance up. Shane, helped me with the decorating and came up with ideas with me. It was some of the best times in my life!! However, you never really realize how special something is until it is gone. It was nice not having to do the May show but I started to miss it this August. Now that October is just around the corner, it makes me wish I was planning the Third Annual Rocky Horror Picture Show showing on Halloween.
Today, I went to the theatre for the first time since April. It was different and it just felt really strange being there. I thought that I should get the supplies that I left behind from the show. Going through the box really brought back some memories and it made me really sad when I found the frequent flyer badge. I took my damn megaphone though! Shane still has to go get the part of the lights that I forgot but I got everything else. I just thought I would take this time to reflect on the first showing through a picture. Don't we look amazing? Gotta miss Rocky Horror Picture Show. Hope you don't regret never coming to the show if you didn't make it.
