Jerky Redo!



So as you may know, Wyatt and I made jerky a little while back. It was a bit too dry and salty so we decided that we would come up with a perfect recipe and redo it. And that is exactly what we did! We bought some beef stew meat and marinated it overnight. Then, we put it in the oven on 250 degrees for 1.5 hours. It came out pretty much perfect! Just the right amount of salt and dryness.
