As you may have guessed, Halloween is my favorite holiday of all time! The way I think about this is that Halloween really isn't that far away. I mean, first we have to get through the rest of June and then July, school will start and make August and September fly by and the next thing you know it will be Halloween. This year I hope to have a massive party since everyone seems to think that I am 'too old' to go trick- or- treating. Oh well, I don't mind if I get to still celebrate! Lately I have been quite obsessed with Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead and all of the decorations that go along with it. Today I just bought a set of these sugar skull molds shown in the picture below.
I plan to make these, decorate them, and use them for Halloween. It should be a fun activity to do with the friends and family. I wish that I could spend October 31st in Colorado and then get on a plane and head to Mexico to spend the rest of the holiday of Dia de los Muertos which is November 1st and 2nd.
